My Writing…

So I know it's been a while since I published a book, but I just wanted to assure you that I am still writing. In fact, I've been very busy. You see I've been writing a YA Fantasy trilogy and have just finished book 2 – Rise of the War Faery. They may be YA fantasy but they're also funny, chicklitty, witch-come-faery finding herself, her powers and love as she conquers the world.

I'm not expecting the trilogy to be published till the end of 2014 as I want to edit the whole series together, but am planning to pitch it to publishers at the GenreCon this year in Brisbane. (Keep your fingers crossed for me.) If I'm not successful I will be self-publishing the series so either way it will be available in ebook and print form.

I'm having a break from the series at the moment while I let book 3 simmer in my imagination, and have started work on my next chicklit book – Cocoa and Chanel. My plan it to finish writing by the middle of April so I can have it released before the end of the year – hopefully by October. I'm really excited about this book because I'm working with a character that is fun and sassy and who has advised me she is keen to have a series written about her. So already my thoughts are on Book 2 – so many possibilities. That's what I love about writing – you are only limited by your own imagination.

My other chicklit novel, The Seven Steps to Closure, has been getting some great reviews and was short listed for the 2012 Shirley You Jest Book Awards. It made it to the final four. That was pretty exciting for my debut novel. I have entered it in a few other competitions, so watch this space and hopefully I'll have some good news.Watch Cyberbully (2015) Full Movie Online Streaming Online and Download

Anyway thanks to everybody who had already read it, and to those who want to read it – I hope you enjoy Tara's crazy travels in her attempt to find closure.

Good to hear you’re busy writing Donna, but disappointed I’ll have to wait until the end of 2014 for the new series. However, really looking forward to Cocoa and Chanel this year – bring it on!
